Former AOL/Time Warner, Revolution and Vivisimo Finance Executives to Oversee Growth

DENVER & ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Deepwatch, a leading provider of intelligence-driven managed security services, announced that Ron Peele has joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Nick Reskusic has joined as Vice President Finance and Controller. Deepwatch previously announced a $23 Million Series A investment.

A veteran finance professional, Peele has more than 25 years of leading finance for high-growth companies. Peele was CFO at Revolution Health, AOL Greenhouse and EZ Communications. He held leadership roles at AOL/Time Warner Ventures and has served on the Boards of RedClinic, Surefire Local and InfuSystem.

Reskusic was VP, Controller at Vivisimo which was acquired by IBM and more recently at Fidelis Cybersecurity. He also held finance leadership roles at Kastle Systems and RealNetworks.
