Jen Swensson
Chief People Officer
Jen leads our People function as Chief People Officer. Her background spans 20+ years leading high growth technology companies in their talent strategies. Jen and her team develop Deepwatch’s programs of talent acquisition, learning & development, HR technologies, total rewards, and fostering the Deepwatch culture of transparency, fun, and employee-centric growth.
Before joining Deepwatch, Jen was the VP, Global Human Resources for KLDiscovery, a leading provider of software and technology-enabled e-discovery services solving complex data challenges with over 2,500 employees in 20 countries. Jen has also led training and employee relations efforts for RCN’s business services division, ultimately overseeing the HR diligence and integration efforts of RCN’s sale to private equity partners. She then led the human resources team for Sidera Networks, one of the three resulting private companies that divested from the RCN sale.
Jen holds a bachelor of arts degree and Human Resources Management certification from George Mason University and is a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) awarded by the National Human Resources Certification Institute, and Senior Certified Professional (SCP) issued by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Most recently she earned her Mental Health First Aid certification and has a passion for instilling cultures of wellness and mental health awareness.
When not energetically leading her teams at work, she volunteers for Girls on the Run, helping to foster a community of girls empowered to be thier best by teaching them the skills they need to be strong, confident, and healthy women.
