Deepwatch Welcomes Executive Powerhouses: Alex Page Joins as CRO, Warren Dewar Steps in as CFO

Strategic leadership additions fuel ambitious growth plans as security leader expands its market dominance

SAN FRANCISCO – May 20, 2025Deepwatch™, the leading AI+Human cyber resilience platform, today announced the appointment of two industry veterans, Alex Page and Warren Dewar, to the company’s leadership team as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Page and Dewar bring deep experience in sales leadership and strategic finance within technology organizations, strengthening Deepwatch’s ability to scale operations and meet growing market demand.

“Bringing Alex and Warren on board is a strategic step forward for Deepwatch as we continue to improve the depth and talent of our leadership team,” said John DiLullo, CEO at Deepwatch. “Alex’s strong history of building and leading high-growth sales organizations along with Warren’s extensive experience in financial and operational excellence are critical skills that will be much needed as we continue to scale our business and implement the next phase of our global growth plans. Together, their expertise strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional value to customers and partners, while advancing our position as the leading cyber resilience platform.”

Alex Page has over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a strong track record in building dynamic and scalable sales engines together in concert with progressive channel and alliances programs in both established and emerging markets. Prior to Deepwatch, Alex served in a combination of critical roles of increasing scale and responsibility including his most recent role as the Vice President of Global Channel & Emerging Technology Sales at Rapid7. Over nearly 11 years, Alex gained a deep understanding of the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) market and transformed underpenetrated segments into thriving and growing customer segments.

“The need for high-quality Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services has never been greater, as cybersecurity talent shortages leave internal teams overstretched and unable to specialize,” said Page. “Deepwatch’s powerful combination of innovative technology and a deeply customer-focused approach uniquely positions the company to lead in one of the most durable and impactful segments of cybersecurity. I’m thrilled at the opportunity to help drive that growth and expand our impact across the industry.”

Warren Dewar is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years of expertise in strategic finance and M&A. He has consistently partnered with leadership teams and investors to drive growth for companies across cybersecurity, SaaS, and technology sectors. Prior to Deepwatch, he served as CFO of Riviera Partners, a technology-enabled professional services firm experiencing significant growth. His CFO career also includes leading financial operations on several diversified technology platforms and with numerous ownership structures including private, venture and growth equity. In addition, he held CFO positions at a network security company and a cloud-based SaaS company, both of which flourished under his astute leadership and financial creativity. Throughout his career, Warren has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills to liberate shareholder value while helping organizations scale and achieve their financial objectives.

“Deepwatch is at an exciting inflection point with strong market momentum and a clear vision for long-term success,” said Dewar. “I look forward to helping scale the company’s financial strategy, strengthen operational foundations, and ensure we’re positioned to capture the tremendous opportunity ahead in the cybersecurity market.”
