Our full-time employees are able to select from 2 Cigna medical plan options to ensure they have access to the coverage that best works for their needs. Some insurance plan options include 100% employer premium contributions and HSA contributions.

Healthy teeth and gums are important to your overall wellness which is why Deepwatch offers 2 dental care options through MetLife.

Vision Insurance

Our employees save money on eligible eye care expenses by enrolling in Deepwatch's vision plan through EyeMed. Our plan features include access to a large network of providers, annual eye exams, and generous allowances for frames and contact lenses.

Professional Development

Deepwatch understands how important growth and education are in the development of your career path. To alleviate education/career costs, all Deepwatchers receive $3,000 per year to put towards their Professional Development.

401(K) Retirement Savings Plan

We understand the importance of planning for the future and are committed to helping our Deepwatchers save for retirement. To support your efforts, we offer a match of 100% of the first 1% contributed, then 50% of the next 5%, for a maximum of 3.5%.

Disability Insurance

Protect your income with Deepwatch's Disability Program(s). Deepwatch team members are provided short-term disability and long-term disability coverage at no additional cost and are able to enroll in Deepwatch's voluntary life, voluntary critical illness, and voluntary accident insurance.

Paid Parental Leave

It's important to spend time with the newest additions to your family! Parents taking parental leave are offered up to 8 weeks of paid time off.

Life and AD&D Insurance

We offer a Basic Life and AD&D insurance plan free of charge to all employees, with coverage equal to one times your annual salary. Additional voluntary coverage is available for Deepwatchers, their spouse, and dependent children.

Flexible Time Off (FTO)

We believe supporting a positive work-life balance helps our team members to be their best selves at work and at home. Our Deepwatchers enjoy a generous, flexible, FTO plan that allows them to take time off when and how it works best for them!

Paid Holidays

We believe in taking the time to recharge and celebrate the special moments in life which is why we offer full-time employees nine (9) paid holidays per year, in addition to generous FTO plan.

Technology Allowance

We know having the right equipment and home office set up is essential for productivity in the workplace. That's why we offer our employees a reimbursement of up to $200 per month for home internet and cell phone expenses.

Employee Assistance Program

We offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help Deepwatchers navigate the challenges of work and life. Our EAP program provides confidential support for a range of issues, including stress management and legal assistance through Guardian.
