Brian Dhatt

Brian Dhatt is the Chief Executive Officer of Deepwatch. He is a seasoned technology executive with a track record of scaling high-growth software companies, including leading teams through two public offerings and multiple strategic acquisitions.

Most recently, Brian served as Chief Technology Officer at Commerce (formerly BigCommerce), where he led global product and engineering and served as President of Feedonomics. During his tenure, the company completed its IPO and began trading on Nasdaq.

Previously, Brian was CTO at Borderfree, where he helped lead the company through its IPO and acquisition by Pitney Bowes. Earlier in his career, he held product and technology leadership roles at Jetsetter and Gilt City, and co-founded POPSUGAR.

Brian also served as an Operating Partner at Springcoast Capital Partners. At Deepwatch, he focuses on accelerating innovation, improving customer outcomes, and helping enterprises reduce complexity and risk through scalable, trusted technology.

He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University.
