Trey Ford

Trey is a strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and corporate directors. With over 25 years of experience in security program leadership focusing on business first security, Trey is grounded in incident response from his experience with successful and unsuccessful offensive and defensive measures, fraud and abuse, public cloud, application, network, and platform security.

Previously Trey has held roles including Executive Director of Cyber Security and Deputy CISO at Vista Equity Partners, Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Trust for Heroku at Salesforce, General Manager of Black Hat, and has held strategic advisory and global consulting roles – he still apologizes for time served as an auditor.

Today, Trey’s principal charter is serving and protecting Deepwatch, his teams oversee Information Security and Information Technology for the company.

Trey also serves as ‘customer zero’ – the first consumer of technology, products, and services from Deepwatch. This unique seat enables thought partnership with security leaders at the world’s most cherished companies – partnering with and advocating for Customer needs in Deepwatch’s products and services.
