DENVER & ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Deepwatch, a leading provider of intelligence-driven managed security services, announced that Ron Peele has joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Nick Reskusic has joined as Vice President Finance and Controller. Deepwatch previously announced a $23 Million Series A investment.

We are excited to strengthen our team with Ron and Nick. Each has demonstrated strong ability and extensive expertise in leading venture backed, high-growth enterprises,” said Charlie Thomas, CEO.

“I’m extremely excited to join Deepwatch. I’m impressed by the unique technology platform, strong growth and significant market demand and opportunity,” said Ron Peele.

A veteran finance professional, Peele has more than 25 years of leading finance for high-growth companies. Peele was CFO at Revolution Health, AOL Greenhouse and EZ Communications. He held leadership roles at AOL/Time Warner Ventures and has served on the Boards of RedClinic, Surefire Local and InfuSystem.

Reskusic was VP, Controller at Vivisimo which was acquired by IBM and more recently at Fidelis Cybersecurity. He also held finance leadership roles at Kastle Systems and RealNetworks.

Founded in 2015 as the vSOC business unit within GuidePoint Security, Deepwatch has experienced tremendous growth and rapid adoption of its advanced security services platform by Fortune 500, Global 2000, and mid-sized enterprises. The demand for managed security services continues to accelerate amid a global shortage of cybersecurity personnel. This investment underscores the market’s enthusiasm for Deepwatch’s differentiated managed security solutions, as well as the value of GuidePoint Security as a go-to-market partner.
